Please allow 2–3 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx, with an average transit time of 7–12 business days.

International Orders: Shipping times may vary between 8–14 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions, can cause shipping delays. While most orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur.
Every order is shipped with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For assistance, visit our website’s "Track Your Order" page.
Orders can be canceled without penalty within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, email us at shopatfraxen@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately via email. We can update the address within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer make address changes.
Carriers typically make two delivery attempts before returning a package.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send a replacement at no extra charge.
